Janet is back! After seven long year Janet has released her 11th album Unbreakable and she did not disappoint. Unbreakable is a breath of fresh air it has something that has been lacking in the music industry lately... artistry. From the instruments to the lyrics, listening to this album one can tell that Janet is in a good place in her life professionally and personally. Enough of that here are some of the songs I love!

Top 5 Fav
*In no particular order
BURNITUP feat. Missy Elliot: I could help but dance upon the opening of this song. This song will wake you up and I hope it is one of her next singles.
Night: This is another up tempo song. It give a late 90s early 2000s dance vibe. Make you want to pull out your favorite futuristic outfit.
Black Eagle: Is an inspirational song and full of message. It will uplift those who may feel oppressed and unwanted while having others reevaluate their views on others.
Dream Maker/ Euphoria: Everything about this song is smooth from transitions to her voice. I can listen to this son all day. My only gripe is I wish that it was longer.
Dammn Baby: It's a fun song. I love that she included some of her old music showing just how timeless her sound is.
Final Thoughts

If you don't have this album, I recommend you get it now. This is one album I can say I listened to in its entirety with no skips.
